Again as I said earlier, Akismet will not be listed as it comes pre-installed when you first installed Wordpress. As I am not listing Akismet, I think it’s important to note that Akismet is a very useful plugin. Basically, it is a plugin that checks your comments against the Akismet web service to see if they look like spam or not. If it’s a spam, the plugin will automatically block the comment. cool huh! 1. Subscribe To Comments
This is a good plugin. It allows your readers to receive notifications of new comments that are posted to an entry. Therefore, this plugin increases participation in your posts and blog.

2. Related Links
Basically, this plugin helps you by displaying related links on you posts. A good plugin to highlight other related posts.

3. Top Commentator
This is a plugin that will add a sidebar widget to show the top commentators in your blog. This plugin is adapted from Show Top Commentators plugin.

4. WP Database Back-up
The last thing you want is to lose all of your hard work. So, I guess this is an important plugin.

5. Feedburner FeedSmith
This plugin detects all ways to access your original WordPress feeds and redirects them to your FeedBurner feed so you can track every possible subscriber.
