This is end of June 2008 already and I am still waiting my lawyer’s to moved into the condo that I bought in November last year. This waiting thing is really testing my patience - frankly, I hate waiting especially when I’ve forked out so much money on things!

Based on my previous discussion with my lawyer, he mentioned that I should be able to enter my condo by end of June. Well, this is almost July and I have not received any advice from my lawyer - crappy guy!

On the other hand I don’t blame him. He said he is still waiting for the Land Office to isse the consent to tranfer the title to my name. Now, here’s where I say - f**k the Land Office. It has been so long and nothing has been done. I wonder what takes them so long issue a consent especially when the title is already available. With the online system they have in place it still take them so long to issue the consent.

Without the consent, the lawyer is unable to advice for the loan balance to be paid to the Vendor/ Seller. I really hope the consent will be out soon.

On the other hand, there is this stupid Datuk renting in my condo. His rental contract should expire today and I am still wondering whether he is still lingering in the condo. This Datuk doesn’t even have his family there which makes me even suspicious - who he brings there - could be his girlfriend.

Anyhow, I am crossing my fingers so everthing will be settled soon so I can do some renovation and makes the place my own crib

Shhh: I am still angry with our Land Office - screw them and their system!
