Recover your SIM card in Winter
So, I’ve talked about my SIM card problem yesterday.

Looks like I managed to recover it back. Here’s some tips for you, just in case in occurs to you too.

Should you be a round some where i.e. London, Korea, Europe, etc during winter and may face a SIM card lock, here is the best way to recover it based on my experience yesterday.

SIM cards

  1. Open you phone’s battery
  2. Take the SIM card out
  3. Hold the SIM card in your palm, and close your palm for few minutes (too warm the thing up)
  4. re-insert the SIM card
  5. Voila! your SIM is up and running

It seems like during winter, the SIM sometimes doesn’t work properly. Well, how do I know this. I remembered the same thing happened to me in Seoul, Korea last time. I was trying to get into my room but I couldn’t because the door just wouldn’t want to accept my room key. Well, the room key is the slot card type with a magnetic strip on it.

What I did was, I hold the magnetic strip card for few minutes and try opening the door again. Guess what? It’s working.

So, If you are in a blissful situation like me yesterday, don’t panic. Relax and use this method. Hopefully, this will help you.
