It’s amazing to see that time flies so fast, it has been 14 weeks already since my first post on this particular topic. Two days ago, the baby is 14 weeks old already. Based on my reading, by 14 weeks, the baby is like 3 1/2 inches long (now, where’s my ruler already) - hmm, its as big as the size of lemon and at this period of time the body is growing faster than the head.

By the end of this week, her arms will have lengthened and will be in proportion to the rest of her body. By now, the hands and feet is about half an inch long. This is how the baby looks like now:

• actually produce and discharge urine into the amniotic fluid, which is quite a normal process. The baby will keep on doing this until birth.
• make my little facial muscles to workout by squinting, frowning, and grimacing.
• also grasp and may be able to suck her thumb also

What ever the time is, I hope the baby will be healthy and strong for the next coming months. Will post more about this after the doc’s appointment in end September.
