First of all, I would like to apologise for not posting. The previous week have been very busy with me.
Currently, I am very nervous because my wife can deliver anytime soon. As per my previous posts, the doctor mentioned that she is expected to deliver on 3 March 2008. However, many people say she might deliver earlier than expected.
Therefore, it’s important to overcome this nervous-ness and this is how I deal with it.
- Make sure the necessary stuff for your wife and the baby is already packed
- Make sure all arrangements i.e. hospital registration, have been settled
- Make sure she is not very far from the hospital
This is hard because Tina likes to walk a lot. I suppose walking is good right? some people say it helps during delivery
- All baby arrangements and stuffs are ready in you house.
- Relax and try not to panic
- Finally, anticipate what’s going to happen in every possible scenarios
These are short summary of what I am doing to overcome my nervousness. Do you have any other suggestions?
