Blogging - Good Therapy?
Sleepy is how I can describe myself now.

Every time I travel overseas, I will always have the problem to sleep long hours. It must be the time difference. This different time zone is killing. As this is summer in London, it’s 7 hours behind Malaysia and it’ll be 8 hours different if it’s winter.

With the different time zone, everybody in Malaysia is already up and running by now. On the other hand I should be sleeping right now down here in London.

No! I can’t!

As usual, there’s always an incoming call or emails bugging my sleep :) Well, can’t complain much right. I am kinda sleepy already right now. So am gonna go and continue with my sleep now.

See - blogging can be a good therapy for those people who can’t sleep.
