6 Ways to maintain your sanity
This week has been a busy week for me. I was so busy until i forgot that I have so many things outstanding and yet to be written. I actually owe myself so many articles especially on the financial freedom (Part 2) topic.

Okay, I’d like to admit that it’s not easy to keep up with your blog when you have a day-to-day job. It’s hard enough to cope your day job tasks and dealings and combined with blogging. With so many work and tasks to be done (including the traveling) how do you actually maintain your sanity.

Here are several ways to maintain your sanity.

  1. Stay focus all the time
  2. Prioritise your task and work
  3. Take a break in between. i.e. go and have your coffee
  4. Relax and watch movies after work
  5. Listen to music
  6. Lastly, take one day break or holiday
  7. [suggested by Kay: Talk to your pet (if you have one)

This is what I normally do. Any other suggestions from all of you out there.
